Millwork Artisans provides custom millwork design, fabrication, and related services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

2. Quotes & Orders

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit.
  • Changes to orders must be submitted in writing and may incur additional charges.

3. Payments

  • A deposit is required to initiate work.
  • Final payment is due upon completion and prior to delivery or installation.
  • Late payments may incur interest or delay in service delivery.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to material availability or unforeseen delays.
  • Millwork Artisans is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or force majeure events.

5. Warranty & Liability

  • We warrant our craftsmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.
  • Warranty excludes damage due to misuse, improper installation, or modifications by others.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the product or service provided.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, drawings, and content on our website are the intellectual property of Millwork Artisans.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without prior written consent.

7. Website Use

  • You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to access restricted areas.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
